The most valuable thing is that Heather not only treated us a customer, but as a friend. She not there just to make a sale, but she wanted to make sure we would be happy over the long haul. There were many times where my wife and I would see a house and think "This is exactly what we asked for, but this is not the right house... it doesn't feel right." Heather didn't blink, but just reassured us that we would know when we found it. She was right. We found a bank-owned home and Heather made the sale happen. We couldn't be happier.
